Uploaded films and audio play from this website. Embedded YouTube or Vimeo players load only after a reader chooses to play, at which point the provider receives connection data and applies its own privacy policies.
This installation does not include advertising trackers or analytics by default. The hosting provider may retain access logs, including IP addresses. Those logs are controlled by the site operator and hosting provider.
Editorial processing
When enabled, the AI desk sends selected public source material to OpenAI for research and drafting. API responses are requested with storage disabled; the provider’s applicable retention policies still govern processing. Do not enter private client information into automated research prompts.
Before the public launch
The operator must add its legal identity, contact details, applicable retention periods, and any analytics or advertising services to this notice. This is an installation notice, not a jurisdiction-specific privacy policy.
